I'm waiting for water for gas kits to be sold in auto parts stores. |

Now that people's attention is riveted toward the money that they are putting in their gas tanks and refrigerators as a result of the high fuel price environment in which we are living, people are going to auto parts stores to see what they can do to improve their vehicle's performance in terms of mileage. We all know that keeping the tires properly inflated helps, as well as removing things from the trunk that are not need and heavy, and keeping the engine tuned up. There are instructions floating all over the Internet for kits that you can build to split water into hydrogen and oxygen that supposedly increase the mileage as well, but until they start selling the kits at auto parts stores, it's likely that a whole lot of people will pass that gas saving technique by until they are proven safe for the engine. I've looked on message boards and have found a few people who have ruined their engines doing this, and that's a whole lot more costly than saving a few bucks on gas. Once those kits hit the auto parts stores, they will be flying off the shelves big time. |
